Quality

All OMEXELL products undergo full-process quality management and control in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Every production process strictly follows the ISO 9001:2008 framework, with a quality management system that covers design control, procurement control, production process control, final product inspection, and product safety assurance.

1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

1.1 Supplier qualification audit and batch documentation verification
1.2 Sampling inspection of raw materials and purchased components: steel plates, structural steel sections, valves, pumps, electrical control components, seals, etc.
1.3 Dimensional measurement, material verification, visual defect inspection, and cross-checking of certificates and test reports
1.4 Non-conforming materials: segregated with clear identification, returned for rework, with supplier corrective action follow-up
1.5 Conforming materials warehoused with complete documentation and batch traceability

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

2.1 Cutting/Blanking
Control of cutting accuracy, hole diameter, flatness, and dimensional tolerances; elimination of burrs and distortion.

2.2 Welding
Visual inspection of welds, weld fullness, non-destructive random testing, prevention of cold laps and slag inclusions, and weld flaw detection.

2.3 Bending and Machining
Dimensional tolerance verification, parallelism, perpendicularity, and strict control of critical fit dimensions.

2.4 Piping Assembly and Pre-Assembly
Pipe routing, flange concentricity, seal installation, and valve assembly standardization.

2.5 Process Patrol Inspection
Scheduled quality patrols, first-article inspection, patrol records, immediate segregation of non-conforming products, and on-site process supervision.

3. Airtightness and Pressure Testing (Core for Mechanical Refrigeration Equipment)

3.1 Complete system hydrostatic pressure test and pneumatic leak test
3.2 Pressure hold duration meets specifications; no leakage or pressure drop
3.3 Critical inspection of pipe welds, joints, and sealing points
3.4 Test data archived for records

4. Final Quality Control (FQC)

4.1 Complete system appearance: paint finish, scratches, distortion, and assembly workmanship
4.2 Dimensional re-verification and overall structural inspection
4.3 Electrical wiring and control system wiring standard compliance check
4.4 Functional no-load trial run and unit operating status inspection
4.5 Verification of nameplates, pipe labels, and completeness of factory documentation

5. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

5.1 Comprehensive re-inspection of complete system and consolidation of all test reports
5.2 Surface cleaning, protective packaging, and anti-corrosion treatment
5.3 Cross-check against order specifications, model, parameters, and customer requirements
5.4 Conforming units labeled with quality pass mark and issuance of outgoing inspection report
5.5 Loading supervision to prevent transit damage

6. Non-Conforming Product Control

6.1 Non-conforming products segregated and stored with red identification
6.2 Classification and disposition: rework, repair, or scrap
6.3 Issuance of non-conformance analysis reports to identify root causes (personnel, process, or material)
6.4 Establishment of corrective and preventive mechanisms to avoid recurrence

7. Quality Traceability and Continuous Improvement

7.1 All products assigned unique batch numbers, with full traceability of material batches, operators, and inspectors
7.2 Regular statistical analysis of defect rates, scrap rates, and customer complaint rates
7.3 Regular process optimization, employee quality training, and supplier performance rating
7.4 Closed-loop handling of after-sales issues, with feedback used to optimize production standards
