This design helps balance the flow resistance between different channels, ensuring that the fluid flows uniformly across the heat transfer area without dead zones. Technical Advantage 4 – Sealing gaskets and gasket grooves

OMEXELL has established a strategic partnership with Gislaved of Sweden, ensuring more reliable gasket sealing performance, extended design service life, and greater pressure resistance. The gaskets feature an adhesive‑free snap‑on design, are cast in a single molding process, and are equipped with protective grooves, which significantly enhance stress resistance. Double leak‑proof protection is provided at the corner holes, ensuring that in the event of a leak on one side, the fluid will not enter the other side. Instead, it is directed through guide grooves to the outside of the unit, allowing maintenance personnel to easily locate the exact leakage point, greatly improving repair efficiency.

The design features a top‑hung suspension and precise positioning system, which ensures accurate vertical and horizontal alignment of the plates, and also enables the plates to automatically interlock with each other during clamping.
